Can I make fanwork (fanart/fangame) with the False Series IP & Characters?

Ahem... there are some simple things I should clarify: (so your work is protected)
 
1. Whatever you make, it should be clear that it's fan-made (or that it's fanwork.) 
 
2. If you're making a fangame, and there is the word 'False' in the title. Then make sure the word 'fan-made' or 'fanwork' is also mentioned in the title of your game.
(So let's say I make a game called 'False Promise', and you make a fangame called 'False Promise'. Then we don't want anyone to be confused about which one is fan-made. So you would instead title the game as 'False Promise (fan-made)'. And that will make it easier for people to search our games.) 
 
3. Be careful with re-using or copying assets from inside the games I've made. Those assets are either made using, or are part of free and paid asset packs. And each have their own terms. And so I do not have the right to give you permission to re-use them. (That right belongs to the people who made those assets. That you can find in the game's credit.)
It is recommended you don't use them. And if you do, be prepared for anyone 'not me' to come after your work. 
 
4. Whatever fanwork you make, I can use it without permission. With your proper credits in the game. 
So if you make a character art of one of the characters. Or you make a fanart with a concept scene. Or if you write a fanfiction with the IP. Then I can use that without your permission, as long as I properly credit you in the game. (I may put your work in my game as a fanwork. Or, I may literally just copy your work into the game as official content.)
 
This is by default. If you make something and don't want me to use it. Mention in your fanwork (either in the fanwork itself, or in its description) that you do not allow the original creator to re-use the work in any way. I will respect that fully.
 
However if you do not mention anything, then the default terms apply. It means I can use the fanwork without permission, as long as I give you credit for making it.

5. Oh and lastly, feel free to send me the fanwork you create! It may be good, bad, a masterpiece or an abomination. I'll treat it preciously like a gift I do not deserve.

I believe I can make decent quality games using it, in the least amount of time. (Compared to other engines.)
Producing lots of good quality games, very fast, is something I'm going for.

To make good quality games in the least amount of time. I have to use assets that I'm only allowed use non-commercially.
So, I can't sell my games.
